About the Show
It’s exhausting being a Black man—and often, we’re expected to mask it. Many of us weren’t raised to be vulnerable, taught to embrace emotional intelligence, or given space to fail without consequence. The pressure is constant: succeed, but above all, don’t mess up. This podcast is a space for honest, uncensored storytelling where Black men share their truths across different contexts and environments—creating visibility, connection, and a deeper understanding of our emotional lives.
